| Bericht: | We are hosting a cultural event in Holland for people migrated to Europe from one of the states from India. Expecting about 200 attendees. During the cultural event we will be distributing (free of charge) souvenir , a wooden paper-weight with a painted tulip carved glass, to all the attendees souvenir. Per piece cost is about 3 Euros. I would like to know the customs clearance formalities for this. Girish |
